Finally I have figured it out.
The LED panel in the sound activated LED tshirt is made of EL wires. It is bit funny that the product name is 'LED tshirt' but it is actually made of EL wires.

Finally, as explained in the 4 blog posts, I have fully decoded the LED tshirt and now its time to assemble it back and wear this awesome tshirt to a party !
